Please be aware that collections are not available on Tuesday 28th April, following the closure of the Sale. Our Office will be open for collections from 10am on Wednesday 29th April onwards.

• Lots: All property is sold on a “sold as seen” basis and AMS Auctions makes no guarantees, warranties or representations, expressed or implied, with respect to property purchased, and in no event shall AMS Auctions be responsible for genuineness, nor deemed to have made any representation of genuineness, source, origin, or condition of the purchased property and no verbal statements made regarding the property either before or after the sale of the stated property, or in any invoice or catalogue or advertisement or elsewhere shall be deemed such a guarantee of genuineness.
• Location: Multiple Locations
• Viewing: Strictly by Appointment Only on Monday 27th April 2026 between 10am - 4pm. Buyers are advised to inspect any Lot for which they intend to bid.
  All visitors attending onsite are required to comply with Health & Safety regulations.
• Online bidding Closes: Tuesday 28th April 2026 at 12 Noon. Subject to time extensions, If a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes the lot will continue for a further 5 minutes until no further bids are placed.
• Payment and Collection: Strictly by Appointment Only, between 10am - 4pm on Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th April 2026. Upon receipt of payment you will be issued a Sales Invoice. Please ensure you or your collection agent has a copy of this as Proof of Purchase or Lots may not be released. Time for payment and collection shall be of the essence. No packaging services provided; it is the Buyers responsibility to pick the appropriate couriers to pack and collect the package. Please note AMS accept no responsibility for collections or deliveries carried out by appointed couriers and purchasers should ensure the relevant insurance is provided by the courier service
• Storage Charges: The Buyer shall be liable for a late payment/storage charge of £2.00 plus V.A.T. per Lot per day (whether or not the Lot has been paid for) starting from the date stipulated in the "Key Terms" and continuing until the Lot is removed or sold. The Lots purchased will not be released to the Buyer or any Third Party until this charge is paid in full.
• Please Note: Your highest bid will be treated as a valid bid even if at the time of placing it the Reserve is not met. Vendors regularly ask us to reduce Reserves.
• Asset Management Services (UK) Limited provide the online bidding service ‘as is’ and without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. Without limiting the foregoing, we accept no liability for any failures, delays or errors caused by interruptions in the availability of the online bidding service or our website or any errors or defects in their content or functionality, any software and/or hardware defects (whether the potential Buyers or Asset Management Services (UK) Limited) and or any internet connection problems (whether the potential Buyers or Asset Management Services (UK) Limited) and Asset Management Services (UK) Limited do not represent or warrant that the Asset Management Services (UK) Limited website or online bidding platform will be error free, virus free, or that any defects will be corrected.
